About Leader
William Konze is an avid birdwatcher and University of Guelph Student studying Wildlife Biology and Conservation. He loves travelling, and has visited destinations including Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Spain in pursuit of birds.
Last year he embarked on a Big Year challenge- to see as many bird species as possible in a given year in his home province of Ontario. He totalled 357- breaking the old record set back in 2017.
