Working as Tour Designer and Tour Leader at Quest Nature Tours, Ian Shanahan is the quintessential educator. As past Park Naturalist at Ontario’s Presqu’ile and Algonguin Provincial Parks, he connected thousands of park visitors to the natural world through his guided walks and presentations. His love for natural history has taken him to many countries where he enjoys wildlife watching, photographing and sketching. He is also an actor, vocal performer and dramatist. Ian has led many tours within Canada and to far-flung places as the Galapagos, Iceland, Costa Rica and Canada’s Northwest Passage, and looks forward to leading you on a walk at Point Pelee.
